George Murphy and his 8 piece band The Rising Sons are coming to the iconic Cork Opera House
After a memorable run of sold out shows around the country in 2023, George and The Rising
Sons have decided that they want to tackle the biggest and best venues in the country for
their 2024 tour.
Combining stellar vocals with traditional Irish instrumentation and the classic rock n roll
sound, George and The Sons treat their audience to some revamped old classics as well as
their much loved original material in a show that has everyone the length and breadth of
the country talking. You don’t want to miss their first show at Cork Opera House.

Cork Opera House is a wheelchair accessible venue.
The main doors have automated access/egress controls.
The ground floor stalls have 4 wheelchair positions: P2, P17/18, P22/23 & P38
We can also accommodate up to 6 wheelchairs in Row Lin the upper circle if required.
